Fundraising for Officer's Family

The 12 year old daughter of Bethel Detective Frank O'Farrell has been diagnosed with bone cancer. In an effort to raise funds and awareness for Detective O'Farrell's daughter, the Bethel Police Department has partnered with the Scotty Fund and the veteran owned firm Grunt Style to sell t-shirts. A portion of every shirt sold will go to the O'Farrell family to help pay for 12 year old Maddie O'Farrell's medical and other expenses.

Officer O'Farrell has served the Bethel Police Department for over eleven years and the U.S. Army Reserves for 25 years. He received the Bronze Star as a result of his honorable actions during the U.N. Embassy bombings in 2003, and has been deployed 3 times, just returning from a year-long deployment in Somolia.
