Holbrook Farm Under New Management

Local restaurateurs Jeff Taibe and Stephanie Sweeney of Bethel's Taproot Restaurant and Shawn and Erin Reilly of The Redding Roadhouse have teamed up to lease and run Holbrook Farm and Farm Store. The farm's future was uncertain after the previous occupant closed after the end of the 2018 season.

The new proprietors plan to offer the staples that Holbrook Farm customers have come to expect, as well as showcasing more local artisans, farms and businesses, and hosting special events such as farm dinners, cooking classes, flower arranging and yoga.

They plan to open Easter weekend, and to also continue operating the farm and supplying local restaurants with locally sustainable produce.
