Brad: When did you start publishing Town Planner?
Chuck: I was producing direct mail pieces as well as a coupon envelope. The Town Planner satisfied the questions I was most asked: how can a get more time in front of my prospect with my direct mail piece, and how do I know anybody sees what I send them.
Brad: How many editions do you have and where?
Chuck: We produce and distribute 5 editions in Bethel, Ridgefield, Brookfield, Newtown / Sandy Hook and North Danbury.

Chuck: Every home in the areas

Chuck: Because of the flexibility of Town Planner programs, it can benefit all business types including retail, service, and professional as well as any size budget.

Chuck: I did direct mail marketing including a periodic coupon envelope
Brad: What's your funniest customer story?
Chuck: I had a car wash client who claimed he would receive way may coupons for his program than I thought. We placed a dollar bet on the quantity redeemed, and I was very happy to lose the bet.
Brad: What do you like most about what you do?
Chuck: I have learned a little bit about a whole bunch of businesses and have met some of the most interesting people along the way.
