The Bethel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 10th 2019 at 7:00pm, in Meeting Room D, Bethel Municipal Center, 1 School Street, Bethel, Ct. to hear the application of 10 Wooster LLC, for property located at 10 Wooster Street. The request is for a Special Permit to reduce parking for a proposed site plan of 8 residential units.
The property can be found in the Tax Assessor's records as Map 22 Block 37A Lot 10 and located in the VC/TOD Zone.
At this hearing interested persons will be heard and written communications will be received. The application is available in the Land Use Department.
